Frequently asked questions
How would you describe 'on the road'?
On the road means that I can work everywhere. My home on wheels, which is a converted boxtruck, is also a workshop on wheels. This means that I can work at your home, on your driveway, but also in the middle of nature.
A part of the year I am actually 'on the road' myself, travelling around. Ofcourse, this could also mean that I am not always close to where you are. I can always offer my online consulting and advice or plan the jobs ahead in time. Just let me know what needs to be done and where it needs to happen. I am sure we can make it work!
Why is your website not written in Dutch?
Even though my native language is Dutch, the website is written in English. I made this decision, because I am travelling for a part of the year and I want to be approachable for customers from different nationalities. Nevertheless, it is really easy to translate the website to Dutch (or any other language) with Google. Just go to the upper right corner in your screen, click on the three dots and select 'translate'.
How much do the services that you provide cost?
Depending on the type of service that is provided, the wage is defined. For some jobs I calculate hourly wage. For other services a set price is counted.
For specific prices, just contact me.
If you would work at my home, do I pay extra for your travel expenses?
This really depends on the distance between where you are located and I am located. Also it depends on the service or job I will fullfill and if it's in balance with the travel expenses I'll have to make.
How do you handle complaints if you work on the road?
If there are any complaints about the work I did, we will always find a way together to solve it. Many things can be done remote and otherwise we will solve it in a different way.
